If your order does arrive damaged, simply contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you. COVERAGE: This warranty begins upon receipt of your plant and lasts for 365 days. If a plant arrives damaged or fails due to factors beyond your control within this period, we will take appropriate steps to ensure your satisfaction. EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover: Normal variations in plant growth and appearance. Damage due to improper care, neglect, or mishandling after delivery.
