Like I said in previous review on another soup of this kind. I was so excited to see gluten free chicken noodle soup on the shelves! Whenever I've been sick I so wanted it but I can't eat gluten. It makes me more sick. This is perfect for that fix. Things to note as it seems there are some negative responses. I personally think there is more chicken in this then most soups I would buy. It just seemed like a simple, wonderful bowl of chicken noodle soup that you would make at home. My only feedback is the noodles are not very soft. Gluten free anything is soup is hard. So I'm sure there's a reason for it. But the texture when you bite into the noodle - is not so great. The texture makes it crumble or break apart in pieces rather then a smooth texture. If that makes sense. Anywho. I super appreciate whoever helped get this in the market. It's wonderful to see more gluten free and dairy free options for someone who both her and her husband can't have. Not by choice but because it makes us very sick to have.
