I wish they would have made something like this 30 years ago. This Kreg saw guide includes a universal saw sled, an aluminum guide rail, a precision edge guide, and comes with detailed setup and usage instructions. The saw will follow the panels edge to give you the straightest cut. It will cut up to 24 inches in. There is no measuring or marking like in the old says which was a pain and took so much time to mark the plywood, and sometimes it would still not be straight. This Kreg unit solves that problem. No more guesswork! It also works with left or right blade saws. I saw an advertisement for a Kreg item on television and thought, (never heard of them) but after using this to cut 8 sheets of plywood that I have been wanting to put on my attic floor in no time tells me that the manufacturer put a lot of effort into this product, and if they put in the effort on this then I know they will put it on everything else they make. I love this tool and am so excited for the endless potential this tool brings to our tool collection. I do a lot of “Do it Yourself” projects and are always asking my husband to cut different boards for me. And this is ALWAYS after we have left the home improvement stores where they will do it for you when you buy it. We only have a circular saw so unless you have a full work shop with clamps and all types of tools, cutting a straight line is near impossible. This tool will save us so so much trouble. Instead of taking it so slow and trying to get a kind of perfect cut we now have a amazing tool that ensures we get perfect cuts every time. My husband may get annoyed now that I can ask him for cuts anytime and all the time now that we do not have to make an elaborate plan to get a near straight cut.
