These are a 15/10 - not only are they absorbent and comfortable, they feel just like normal underwear. I could wear them with any outfit I own just like normal underwear. I was also pleased by the absorbency - since they are for girls (I'm just kind of a small adult lol) I wasn't sure they'd be able to handle my heavy days but they're fantastic. Easy to clean as well which is a huge plus!
