Franklin Brass Grab Bar

I bought the 24" model. Quality of the bar is as high as I have seen on any similar product or brand, and at a much lower price. The quality of the mounting screws is poor. I mounted on a fiberglass tub. When mounting to fiberglass you must drill the screw holes larger than the instructions indicate. Even with the larger holes the threads on the screws stripped. I had no trouble with the other standard screws that I replaced them with. The supplied screws may work perfectly when screwed into wood but I would still consider them to be sub standard.
