been using this brand for years. Never disappointed. Add some olive oil. Brown a little, or skip that step. Add some broth, bring to slow boil. Keep adding broth as it absorbs it while cooking. Generally 22-25 minutes. Never leave it alone, adding broth a little at a time. I add fresh garlic and sweet onions browned ahead of time. Add uncooked shrimp or pre cooked sausage toward the end. Add a little cheese, too. Makes a meal. Or a side.

Pricey, but makes excellent risotto. First time making risotto, used this rice, made risotto the classic, time-consuming way and came out perfect. Will try a contemporary crockpot risotto recipe next.
