Anyway, the microwave is heavy and I included pictures to show you just how much can fit on a plate so I used a standard Dixie paper plate so you get an idea. I wanted to replace my large microwave with a smaller one I could fit on a shelf so Id have more counter space in my wee kitchen. This was the solution I was looking for. Yes, I sacrificed power so it takes a few seconds longer to heat things up but Im okay with that. The red added a bit of spark to my ho-hum kitchen, too. And cooking is so much easier with room to chop and stir and being able to use my instapot.
