Best Alternative to Seed Oils
I like it, but don't love it. This healthier avocado oil was the decision maker for me as an alternative to soy and other seed oils used to make most mayonnaise. A bit pricey also, but seed oils are cheap and that's why they're used so often. I use it very often and have no real complaints.

Very expensive for quality ingredients
I was looking for a product that doesn't have seeded oils in it. Needed for tuna fish so I could add onions and celery and whatnot and they'd stick together. So far this is the only mayonnaise I've found. It is made with avacado oil ! Tastes pretty similar so we are all happy. Tiny jar very expensive! Not happy about that !

This is for those that care about health. Primal Kitchen uses only avocado oil for fat. Is it different? Yes! Use very little... mix with Wild Planet products %26 have used with homemade salad dressing. Reg mayo is high in Omega 6 - which sorry to say, isn't good for heart or BP. Give it a try for your family's health.
