I use this notebook to take notes during meetings conventions etc. I have plenty of space to write my notes the pockets in front keep the programs and any other items needed. This is definitely my favorite notebook that I've only been able to find at STAPLES.

I have been the TRU RED notebook for a year now and love using it that I keep on buying one once my former one is done. Sheets are thick and we can't see what we write on a page through to the back page even using gel pens. The spiral on the side is just a great add to it!
