First used this coffee pot at resort we stayed at. Ordered one online to be at home when we returned. Love it. No carafe to worry about. Coffee stays hot as warmer plate is in the coffee container. Doesn't get old tasting. Also love the fact light comes on when you dispense coffee.

This is our second coffee of this model and love everything about it. We gave the old one to our daughter and still making great coffee. We love the lever to fill the cup and the light that shines on the cup. I hope they keep making this model as there is little to improve on.
