Good product, flawed mounting system.

I like the towel rack. However, I have a couple of complaints. First the mounting clip is not designed to have any room to move side to side. So, measurements have to be accurate. Secondly, the clip cannot be tightly fastened to the wall or the towel rack will not fit on the clips. So, the clips have to be loose to fit the rack, which is weird, because there are vertical slots that would allow one to level the rack. But, when the clips are loose, it defeats the point of this flexibility. It seems like a weird design choice. However, overall, I like it.
