Online ordering from Sam's Club was easy. It was delivered on-time and in excellent condition by Innovel Solutions The installers were experienced and personable, plus both the installation and in the cleanup/removal of the old washer was done with care and expertise. The sidekick is convenient and and easy to use. It can be a supplement or an alternative to the full-size washer. It has an annual estimated energy cost of $4. So far the sidekick is working great. Thank you LG, Sam's Club and Innovel Logistics/Solutions.

I was worried that if it wasn't used much it would start to smell musty, but so far it hasn't. It's great for when you have just those few items that need washing but not enough for a full load. It isn't meant to be a quick wash. The regular washer has a quick wash feature that takes 15 minutes.

This is really a great invention. My husband figured I’d never use it. I used it three times in the first day. It is perfect for small jobs, delicates and hand wash items. It even alerts you when the fabric softener cycle is beginning so you can add it if you would like. And you can run both the sidekick and the large washer at the same time. It’s perfect. And it comes with a little detergent cup. I am so glad I have this sidekick. Extremely happy!
