Instant Omni Plus 18L Air Fryer Toaster Oven Combo with 10-in-1 Functions, from the Makers of Instant Pot

It's still early, but so far so good. I made the BEST pork roast that I've ever made in my life. (And I'm 60) Then I went on to make the best pizza ever. Then I baked a cake. PERFECTION! I hope this keeps up. I'm being careful to clean it immaculately after each use. You know how these things can get pretty ugly pretty fast if you don't keep up on it. I don't know where I saw “easy to clean”; these things never are. You have a rotisserie going, you know it's falling onto the heating elements. But, as soon as it's cool enough, if you can make time to clean it right away, it is do-able. The pull out tray does help, but you still have to curl your sponge around the bottom of the heating element to clean the bottom of them, and that metal piece that goes across. You know what would make “easy clean” if anyone is listening…to be able to remove the heating elements to clean, them, clean under them, then put them back. We should have technology to make that possible. Another wonderful thing about this oven is that it only takes about 2 minutes to preheat the oven. I find that amazing. No prolonged electricity usage. No unnecessary heating of the kitchen. Everything heats fast, cooks fast. I may never use my regular oven again, if I can get away with it. And my track record, so far, using this 10-in-1 appliance has been pretty awesome.

There are some remarkable things right out of the box. The instructions are clear and well written for starters, and the packaging is without a flaw. But not only that, you can tell this company is proud of its product. For example, after a short intro, the instructions say "So let's unpack that baby and see what you've got!" A short while later in the test cook section: "Watch what this baby can do!" This is the sign of a company that is confident of its product and that fully believes you've made an amazing purchase. Following the instructions (my first air fry cook of my life), my meal turned out phenomenal--I chose rosemary sausage meatballs, which I never made before, and now I will never stop making them. This machine is SO EASY TO LEARN AND USE! There was a problem with a loud rattling noise during a portion of the first cook--I suspect the fan blades, like one of them was maybe dented and was hitting up against another piece of metal in the oven housing; it made a very scary racket. I got through the meatballs because it stopped a minute or so into the cooking phase, but I wasn't able to use it again because it would not EVER stop after that when I turned it on. Here is the real kicker. I had already thrown the box and packing material away so could not return it to the store. I called the Instant Brands customer service number in their instructional pamphlet, and I got a REALperson who spoke English. She took a few pieces of information and then she sent me an email requesting a photo of the serial number tag, a photo of the purchase invoice, and a shipping address. Literally within 2 hours of replying to her with these items, I was notified by email that there was a new oven on its way to me, with tracking number and everything. I'm sorry to have to wait another couple of days to get a better working oven, but it was almost worth it for the pleasure of discovering that there are still companies out there like this, that believe in good customer service, that stand by their product, and that want you to be as happy with it as they are. This company is amazing and I'm so happy I picked them to purchase from. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
