Be Ware of Bait and Switch

A clear case of bait and switch: listing states "3 pack" but only one skein of yarn came in each order (I ordered 2 and expected to receive 6 skeins as per listing, but got only 2). Customer service proceeded to insist that I am the one that is reading it incorrectly. "3 pack" to me is 3 items. What is a 3 pack to everyone else?
