I work the grave yard shift as a truck driver and I don't like to eat heavy when I'm on the road, so i thought why not try these. I love pumpkin spice, so I figured I would like these and I did. I drink them by themselves sometimes but I mostly use them in my coffee as a substitute for the cream and it's delicious! I forgot to mention that they are high in protein (30grams) for my anyone who is health conscious!
