I have been drinking this every morning for the past 7 years, that's how I start my day getting my protein in early which for me keeps me full for hours. I like that it only has 1 gram of sugar. Switching over to these bottles since the square containers are not recyclable in my area.

Absolutely love the cake batter and vanilla flavors the most—not too thick or pasty, with great flavor that doesn't taste medicinal. I only buy them on sale since they're usually around $3 per container. We prefer the plastic ones because they're sturdier and don't have the paper carton taste, but we'll use the paper versions for recycling purposes. The paper cartons could use a redesign on the opening, as it feels a bit small when placing your mouth or lips over it.

I love everything about the premier protein shake particularly the caffe latte flavor. Makes for a great way to get your protein in the morning. I just mix it with black coffee and thats it. Great Flavor. It is much better than I expected. Will be buying again.
