I have been consuming this product for years and l love it. I usually drink one per day. I usually sip on it throughout the day in order to spread the protein instead of all at once. it has 30 grams of protein per bottle and is very low carb. There are numerous flavors to choose from and are delicious. My favorite is Cookies and Cream. They are a bit pricey but worth it. I highly recommend them to everyone especially the elderly because of all of the vitamins in it.

This is a tasty way to get in some extra protein. It does not have a harsh or chalky taste or texture. It almost tastes just like chocolate milk or a chocolate milkshake. Mixed with coffee, you have a thick, comforting mocha drink. Or blend in a banana and you have an awesome smoothie. We've even tossed it in a little bit of PB2 to get a peanut butter and chocolate flavor, but now they have that flavor, which we also love by the way!
