I have been drinking this every morning for the past 7 years, that's how I start my day getting my protein in early which for me keeps me full for hours. I like that it only has 1 gram of sugar. Switching over to these bottles since the square containers are not recyclable in my area.

I LOVE THE STRAWBERRY FLAVOR THE BEST BUT THE CHOCOLATE FLAVOR, MANY OTHERS ARE GREAT TO SWITCH UP TO. MOST IMPORTANT IS THE SHAKING UP THESE SHAKES BEFORE DRINKIING. I DON'T USE THEM FOR POST WORKOUT BUT TO ADD TO MY PROTEIN GOAL OF DAILY ALLOWANCE.
