I normally get Ragu Traditional because I have kids and kids don't like chunky sauces. I decided to try this one and it is a nice change. I didn't expect it to have actual mini sausage meatballs! Very meaty and great for a super quick pasta snack or meal. I will be trying it in lasagna sometime soon. I recommend.

I have tried many Spaghetti sauces and have made my own with cans of tomatoes and dry mix and it never really satisfied my taste buds. I purchased this Prego Italian Sausage & Garlic Meat Sauce and it is the best sauce outside of a Restaurant!! I throw in some meatballs and Viola, the house is smelling good!! Best when you have some garlic bread along side with your Spaghetti. Easiest Garlic Bread: Melt quarter cup of Butter, (I use smart balance) and mince up about 5 gloves of garlic. Spread it on french bread, hot dog buns, hamburger buns or whatever you have around. Top it off with Parmesan Cheese and toast it in the oven. Your house will smell like an Italian Restaurant!!

I was not put off by this however, I have been cutting back on my meat and poultry consumption, so I just add a little meat, or eat it as is.
