WITH ALL THE MULTI SOURCES FOR THESE CARTS/WAGONS AND PRICES I CHOSE A USA MANUFACTURING COMPANY(PRECISION) WHO MANUFACTURED THIS PRODUCT WITH USA AND IMPORTED PARTS. THE DECK IS BUILT AS STRONG AS A TANK. EVEN THE SIDES AND PAINTING ARE RELATIVITY ABLE TO TAKE A BLOW WITHOUT DEFORMING OR REMOVING PAINT. I USE THE PRODUCT FOR MOVING LOGS IN EXCESS OF 4 FEET LONG AND UP TO 2 -3 FEET IN DIAMETER...ONCE IN A WHILE I WASN'T ABLE TO HOLD THE WEIGHT AND DROPPED THEM ON THE CART....ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE OR SCUFFING. THE ONLY MODIFICATION I MADE WHEN ASSEMBLING WAS TO ADD ONE LARGER FLAT WASHER TO EACH WHEEL TO FILL UP EXCESS SPACE BETWEEN WHEEL AND AXLE BOLT. I USED MOSTLY SOCKET TOOLS AND ONE ADJUSTABLE WRENCH TO ASSEMBLE.
