Restored Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G F711U 128GB Green Unlocked Smartphone (Refurbished)

For used phone, it was in great shape. It has a few minor scratches on the outside, no scratches on the screen. Phone turns on, no problem with any of the buttons. So again, I was satisfied with the overall condition of the phone. There was a problem, however, with the software. I notifications for apps that weren't even open, saying they keep shutting down. The phone would randomly freeze and restart non-stop. And when I see non-stop I mean, Non-Stop. I gave them a 3, because like I said, the phone was used. Not refurbished, just used. I just feel that the phone should have been at least tested before they decided to resell it.

The phone works good and is in good condition,but it arrived with NO sim card tray or tool and the "fast" charger is definitely not fast. On top of that it was came in dead. When i emailed the company about this the only response I received was wanting a order number nothing after I ordered a sim card tray from Amazon definitely wont be buying from this comapny again!
