The phone doesn't connect to ANY Bluetooth devices. It also did not transfer over any apps from previous Samsung phone. In addition,many important contacts were lost. I have never experienced this with changing ANY Samsung phones (New or Refurbished/Reconditioned). I am returning the phone for a refund please.
