I have bought these ear buds refurbished before with no issue, but this time I bought four pairs and one pair the right ear bud does not work. Two other pairs have a battery life under seven hours. The fourth pair has about a nine-hour battery life. I bought these for their long, eleven-hour, battery life. And I didn't figure all this out until about a week after the return date had passed.
