We have used this grill at least 20 times now, maybe more. Works great for bacon, burgers, chops, steaks. Had to purchase the flat-griddle directly from the company. Easy to order and delivery of griddle was great. We use the griddle for skin-on salmon, and for pancakes. This grill was worth the purchase and so glad I did! Easy to clean all parts. Even though it says dishwasher safe I would recommend handwashing it. I put the tray in the dishwasher and it left a film on it. I had to hand wash it a few times. Easy to use and cooking is a breeze.
