This is completely unacceptable

Today I received the massage table, and I am extremely disappointed and angry. When I opened the box, I immediately noticed that the seals were cut and the plastic cover was torn, clearly indicating that this product had been opened before. On top of that, the upholstery is damaged, the toolbox is broken, and all the pieces were scattered inside the box. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a NEW product, not something that looks used and damaged. I demand a full refund or a proper replacement in perfect condition.
