Screws don't all fit but ok set

It's a great set for the price, but one screw on the back rest of the loveseat did not fit/screw in and the outside of the armrest has a random hole, I assume by mistake. I'll keep that end facing towards the railing of my deck. Now I need to find the exact same screw at a hardware store only a couple millimeters longer, very annoying. Cushions could use ties and they have blown away in the wind since, but easy fix for me as a sewer. Overall, clearance priced a good deal but definitely wouldn't pay full price for the imperfections.
