Post Premier Protein Chocolate Almond Cereal 9 oz (Pack of 2)

I rarely eat cereal, mostly oatmeal or egg whites. But my fiancé bought this and I tried it and it's pretty good for some. For some reason It keeps me very full and I was looking for the ingredients to find out what was in it to cause this feeling. I understand protein normally keeps you full, but this is keeping me abnormally stuffed from one cup, which I don't quite understand. I don't generally eat processed food, which I would consider this very processed. But if you're OK to eat, processed food, this will keep you satiated and to me I like the taste of the chocolate almond.

I read some of the other comments while eating my first bowl. Yes, it is crunchy, but no it did not hurt my teeth or make me feel as if I would break a tooth. I enjoyed the crunch! Yes, it is not as sweet as other cereals and has a slight artificial sweetener taste (very slight!), but it is a "healthier" cereal and I enjoyed the taste. I personally will buy this again and will try other flavors. This one is the chocolate almond.
