Great product!
Exactly what I needed, as I can't stand headphones for any length of time. And there is a handy headphone jack right there if you should need it. Mutes the speaker and utilizes the same volume control. For some reason my unit will not hold a charge when left idle, off charger, for 4 days. I spoke to the manufacturer about this, as there was no mention in the manual or in the frequently asked questions. I does, however, come up to full charge in 2 hours on the charger. You may want to order an additional charging device. They also recommended not leaving it on the charger while away for those 4 days. There needs to be more information re: this in the manual. This unit has no owner serviceable parts and only carries a one year warranty. How well it will hold up remains to be seen. I would like to be able to at least change an old tired battery. All in all this meets my needs and expectations. Any shortcomings are due to my aging ears.

I bought this for my parents who are hard of hearing. I got one transmitter and one receiver only and now both parents have their own speaker that they can adjust and can hear the tv without blasting out the room. Setup and pairing of the units was straightforward. The customer support from Serene Innovations is wonderful. I did order an extra backup adapter to plug in the receiver only unit.
