It's a good starter unit for first-timers.

I am new to the home steam sauna market. I researched stand-up and sit-down models and I reviewed the steam generators. I chose this model because I was looking for an entry-level solution, and the price was reasonable (less than $90 at the time of purchase). What I like most is that the internal frame is steel tubes (rather than plastic). This gives me a sense of durability. The environment holds steam nicely. It has three zippered windows. There are two internal pockets for storage and one external pocket. I set my music on my phone in the external pocket so that I can enjoy some tunes while enjoying the steam. The steam level is reasonable at @ 140F. I can easily add a higher temperature steam generator if I want. After use, I unzip a few windows, and the environment cools down quickly. All you need to do is towel down the internal walls. The package included a small chair (which easily accommodated my plus-sized frame). It also included a footprint for internal use. I haven't used other LED light or foot massager. Those are made of cheap plastic and seem more like a gimmick than a benefit. This is a great starter unit. I use it for about 30 minutes daily (or five songs on my playlist). Setup was super easy. All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase. I wish it included a bag for transport/storage.
