Bacon's Heir Pork Panko, a finely pulverized panko bread crumb made pork rinds. No seasoning is added other than rock salt to allow a blank palette for your high protein, low-carb recipes. Ideal for breading fried chicken, or any recipe that calls for breadcrumbs. Simply substitute 1 to 1 in any recipe for breadcrumbs. Pork rind crumbs can also be used in place of all purpose AP flour for a tastier and lower carbohydrate version of traditional baking recipes such as bread, waffles, or pizza crust. Pork Panko is a completely carbohydrate free, keto flour, perfect for baking keto bread. Pork Panko crumbs are an ideal topping for casseroles, salads, and desserts or they can be used as a crust for savory dishes like fish, pork chops, and steaks. Pork Panko crumbs are versatile enough to be used in your everyday cooking and are an excellent alternative for health needs. I use this pork panko all the time for breading of course and in chaffles and other keto dishes. It has a great panko 'chunkiness', but can be crushed a little more for a smoother texture. You can't beat their price and the convenience of not having to grind pork rinds and worrying about uniformity in the end product.
