Stated weight appears accurate (Verification performed by checking the increase in "body weight" while holding these wrist bands). Nice smooth silicone texture. Good color exactly as depicted in product photos. Room for improvements: There's a small and faint dark spot on the silicone that I couldn't wipe off. The wrist band itself could be thicker, although it should stand the test of time since one doesn't need to adjust them much after initial setup.

Comfortable and not bulky like sand weights. Has removable metal weights to adjust the weight. I put them on and I feel like Marvel comics Black Widow, which is great, because I get excited and I work out extra hard, pretending that I'm beating up all these baddies.
