These Pop Sugar ankle weights are incredibly sleek and stylish while being a great addition to your workout! They can be worn on either wrists or ankles, and they provide a small resistance while walking (but it definitely is noticeable)! You'll be sweating after a while with improved calories burned. Stated weight appears accurate (Verification performed by checking the increase in "body weight" while holding these wrist bands). Nice smooth silicone texture. Good color exactly as depicted in product photos. Room for improvements: There's a small and faint dark spot on the silicone that I couldn't wipe off. The wrist band itself could be thicker, although it should stand the test of time since one doesn't need to adjust them much after initial setup.
