PETMAKER Pop-Up Dog Playpen and Cat Tent - Water-Resistant Enclosure (Blue)

I got this puppy playpen to help facilitate dual indoor/outdoor toilet training for a small poodle pup (I believe the manufacturer has larger-size playpens for other breeds). It is working. I place puppy training pads in the pen, make sure door is zipped shut, %26 put the puppy in any time I see him wake up or start wandering around sniffing at the floor. I unzip the pen the rest of the time so that he can access it on his own. I do this in addition to taking him for a walk 3 times per day. He is almost completely trained now. He does make mistakes from time to time — mostly near-missing the pad — but he's almost completely “got” it. It's also a safe outdoor space — it's completely screened-in %26 able to be appropriately shaded on sunny days. Recommended.

I purchased the larger one as I wanted my dog to have plenty of room. It opens up simply and easily folds back up for storing. There's plenty of ventilation and the zippers work perfectly. The main reason I purchased this was so my dog could be outside safely protected from eagles and hawks. He's a tiny little guy and is sought out by hungry fliers above. I still need to watch him but he can't wander the yard now yet he still gets to sun himself. The tent does not come with a shade top so when needed I can easily move him underneath an umbrella.
