Look and info are deciving

I tried this fountain but it never worked as described on the package, first the water falls was never more than 2~3 feet very weak and the lights never worked. I returned it after 2 days and got another one for half the price, just basic fountain the uses the same technique and surprisingly it worked perfect and the water was almost 6~ 9 feet high. I don't recommend it for home pool. I believe this fountain needs a super turbo jet pump in order for it to work.
