I would buy this product again

This newer model is so much better than the previous model, which I have gone through three. It has a button for the on/off, rather than the old model which had a knob. I hope it lasts longer than the others [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Doesn't pick up anything. sent back to the company and they say nothing is wrong with it. Even sent a video showing it does nothing
