A little goes a long way!

The bottle is big, and glass, making it easy to store, which is great because it will last quite a while. A little goes a long way!

Who knew balsamic vinegar could be more than just
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could literally drink this…or eat it on a spoon. It is sweet and creamy and tangy in perfect balance. I thought they were crazy when they said it's good on ice cream but now I've tasted it, I can't wait to try it that way. First I made cheeseburgers in my quickcooker. I mixed a bit of paprika and a drizzle of my Ponti vinegar into each patty, wrapped in foil and steamed on high pressure for 10 minutes. I added some leftover sauce to make it a bit more fancy, but my burgers were good with the vinegar drizzled on top without anything else added. I even added it to my favorite coffee and plan to try it on top of scrambled eggs for breakfast!
