When using this olive oil, make sure you don't want an overpowering olive oil taste, since this is mild in flavor, and whatever you are cooking, you want this to complement it. The seal to the jar is tight, but not so tight you can't open. It doesn't have a strong smell to it. This is quite nice over cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet onions, and a splash of balsamic vinegar.

I love this olive oil. I buy this size bottle because we use it for cooking and I also drink it every morning. It has a very good taste, is not harsh like others I have tried. I won't buy any other flavor than this one, it suits my taste. It is mild compared to others I would say.
