My New Go-To for Baking!
This olive oil is perfect for baking. I do not like to use "vegetable" or "corn" oil for any cooking or baking, so I was quite pleased when I received this olive oil specifically crafted for baking. My daughter decided to make a strawberry cake and we used this. I really like how it is sealed with a pull tab so I don't have to worry about leaks in transit. I like the slotted opening so I have total control over the amount I'm pouring. My 10 y/o had no trouble pouring exactly the amount of oil the recipe called for into the measuring cup. The smell is delicious yet much more subtle than the EVOO we typically use. I really love how fluffy and moist the strawberry cake turned out and the taste is amazing, a full strawberry explosion with zero oil taste. The color is bright and gorgeous. Pompeian Made Easy Bake Olive Oil is also non-GMO verified, American Heart Association certified as a heart healthy food, and the country of origin is printed below the best by date, so you know what you're getting. I would highly recommend this for baking.

No overpowering flavor in baked goods
I am becoming incresingly aware of which ouls I use in cooking. I love olive oil becuse of its health benefits, but sometimes the taste doesnt work well in baked goods. This oil worked perfectly! The taste was very mild nd I could confidently bake with it without the olive oil flavor becoming overpowering. I love that I can serve my kids muffins that have the health benefits of olive oil and have yummy flavor they want!
