I like this brand of red wine and balsamic vinegars because it's balanced and easy to dispense. Just enough sour tang and flavor to enhance Italian recipes or salads. This is my favorite red wine vinegar, just the right amount of acidity. I've been using it for years. I use a lot of different vinegars in my cooking and this is a brand I always use.
