Overall the product is excellent. We found it at a VRBO and contacted the owner. It was a beach house in CA on the water and the furniture looked almost new, but was 7 years old. It seems to hold up very well. We are very happy with the product! Please note that building the furniture will take time, like most build it yourself products, there is a learning curve to the "tricks" on how to build it much faster. Our first chair took an hour while the other three took 20-30 minutes. A lightweight and powerful cordless drill with bits is very necessary, doing ot without will double the time to construct. We have recommended to several folks already. . . .

We love our gray bar set! The only thing that bothered us was in Pollywood's description, it says the chairs come “fully unassembled”. This is not true. It never has been true! The backs come as one piece and the seats come as one piece. All cross bars and legs must be assembled. Assembly is not difficult. But you need patience, organization, space, an electric screwdriver and preferably a contractor or handyman! The set arrives neatly bundled on a large wood palette with the boxed furniture securely and safely stacked. The pieces are heavy and sturdy and we love them!
