Sunex 8514 Swivel Tractor Seat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tractor seats comes very well packed in a very sturdy cardboard box and only contains 3 sections which take less than a minute to assemble. The casters were already installed on the sturdy baseplate, the cylinder was protected in a cardboard box and the seat in a plastic bag. This is frustration free assembly and no tools are required. I used the seat to replace brake pads and rotors and I kept it at its lowest position (which I think will always be the case when I work on a car since I do not have a lift). This made a world of difference from sitting down on a piece of cardboard and kneeling up when needed. The base plate held all my tools and it made it very easy (and a time saver) when moving to the other side. One improvement that I will make is to cut a piece of foam or yoga mat to put on the base. It is very slippery and tools move around a little too easily for me (for example wrenches that I leaned on the lip would move) but this is a minor detail. The casters are very sturdy and I was cautious at first going over expansion joints on my driveway but it was not a problem at all. I also used it to re-organize my tool cart and tool box and it was really nice to sit down in front of a drawer instead of bending over. And the adjustable height was very useful in this case. Another place where I could have used it (but I did not have it yet) was when working on my washing machine where it would have been much nicer than sitting on the tile. I would highly recommend this to anyone, I am not a small guy at 6' and 240 pounds and I found it very comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product. Super fast and easy to assemble with casters already installed. Literally less than 1 min to assemble. Nylon nuts on casters too which sole problem with other rollers with caster coming loose. Slightly larger wheel too so rolls over electric cords easier too.
