The picture and sound are fantastic . I ordered it just as the tariffs hit the market so I was a little skeptical about getting it as promised but there was no issues on the sellers part and was delivered within 10 days. 5 stars

So the TV has amazing visuals that are stunning and sound is very good. So far it's working like it's supposed to. Unfortunately the Walmart customer service has been subpar. Second picture shows a crack near the coax. I told them Day 1 and went through the hurdles of calling Walmart customer service (they only offered a refund and not replacement) yet they wouldn't price match as the TV had gone up $400 dollars. Was then told to call Beach Camera which was the supposed vendor and that it was “their” product. Called Beach Camera and they said the order was in fact fulfilled by a Walmart DC and that they should replace it since it was in their possession. Neither wants this on their hands apparently. Lastly both did say TV has a 1 yr manufacturer warranty and if anything goes wrong Samsung should replace it. The thing is I've seen enough YouTube videos to know that Samsung inspects these sets. Either by sending someone to your home or when you ship it in somewhere. If they see that crack they'll more than hold me liable meaning I'm out my money and in a lose-lose-lose situation. Yeah lose 3 times. So just disappointed in customer service is all. Walmart do better.
