Microwave - From Ambient - Punction plastic film in several spots on top of tray or peel film back on tray ¼ -inch to vent. Place tray in microwave. Heat on high for 1 minute or until hot. Let tray sstand for 1 minute, if desired. Caution: The tray and its contents are hot after microwaving. Carefully remove film by peeling it back around the tray. Serve and enjoy! All microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate. Not for use in conventional ovens. No refrigeration needed until opened

Excellent quick meal.
Quick, tasty, inexpensive meal. Good protein source and relatively low in carbs (I'm a Type II Diabetic and the carb content is low enough to fit into my diet.) I found that 1 minute in the microwave, then separate the chicken and stir, then another 30 seconds heats it more thoroughly. For people who have limited use of their hands (like my arthritic mother) the cover can be a bit difficult to remove. The self-life is excellent. And I've even eaten it without cooking while camping and during extended power outages.

If you are into convenience and microwaving your food, this is a great option. The chicken breast tastes good and the texture is absolutely like real chicken. the potatoes are probably instant, but overall it tastes pretty good for a shelf stable meal.
