Huge Quality dissapointment from Brunton.

I'm a K9 handler and Search/Rescue technician. I live or die by compasses. This was a disappointment. The compass bezel turned too easily, almost loose. The bigger problem was that it had an 1/8" bubble in the fluid inside the bezel, meaning air had gotten in. Brunton support told me this was old stock according to the packaging and improvements have been made.
