Decent amount of protein to keep a person feeling full for a few hours. I take these to work when I know I will have to work a long shift before getting a lunch break. These have just enough chocolate to satisfy my sweet tooth, too. Good flavor, but it is a boxed granola bar. Pretty tasty for the price.
