Wonderful marinated mushrooms!
These are fabulous! We used to buy them for an appetizer spread or inclusion (in a smaller container, of course!) in a picnic basket. Now, unless you're on a low-sodium diet, we've discovered that they're great as a high-umami accompaniment to home meals and even as a between meal snack. This is a big jar but still holds its place in our refrigerator. An amazing buy.
