3 L Poland spring jugs deformed when delivered

With given this product, top marks for taste and after taste. We have rated only four stars for quality because of packaging when delivered. Many of the bottles have been delivered with the tops of the containers, pushed in, which makes it very hard to unscrew the top for seniors. Once you have managed to unscrew the deformed top, the spring water does not flow smoothly into our glass pitcher. As a result, quite a bit of water, ends up on the counter rather than in the picture, a considerable inconvenience and waste.

crushed bottles

the problem is every bottle that is delivered is crushed on top. You can't open the bottles. I put in for a return and they expect me to bring back 24 bottles. I get them delivered because I can't carry them. I had to throw them put. You can't open them and if you do the water goes all over the place. I'm going to see what the next delivery holds. If it's the same problem I will report it to the corporate office. Disappointed with Walmart!
