Ordering these duvets has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. Over the span of two months, I ordered five times from three different stores, and through all that, I never got what I wanted.
My first order for two duvets arrived with the correct items, but one was defective. Frustrating, but I thought it would be an easy fix. I returned one, and waited for the replacement. When it arrived, it was a different design. More frustration. I again returned it after a conversation with the customer service rep, and again waited. When the next shipment finally arrived, it was, yet again, the wrong pattern (the same wrong pattern I had just returned). At this point, I returned both duvets, the correct one and the wrong one, and ordered from another store. Same thing. Returned and tried once more (this was my Walmart order). Again, the wrong pattern was sent. At this point, I gave up. Pointehaven wins. I don't have it in me to continue to fight this battle.
The problem isn't with the store, it's with Pointehaven. They have this pattern, called Snowflakes Blue, as well as another pattern, Navy Snowflake. All I can figure is the item numbers have been mixed up in their system, or the ‘Snowflakes Blue' has been discontinued and replaced with ‘Navy Snowflake,' or some other internal glitch causing this issue. Regardless, if you're looking to order, and are hoping for the light blue snowflake pattern, don't hold you breath.
My incredible frustration with the entire process aside, I can say that the duvets are good quality, they are a heavyweight flannel, and the navy blue fabric is as pictured. I've washed and dried them a few times, but am doing so in cool water to hopefully prevent fading which was my concern and the reason I wanted the lighter fabric in the first place.
