Just spicy liquid
I bought this thinking it would add all that seafood boil flavor to my seafood boils or crab legs, I was wrong! It is just really spicy liquid HAHA. It is not bad at all, but I thought it would be different. I still add it into my seafood, but it really only adds spice. You only need a little bit, it goes long way. The small bottle lasts a long time.

The McCormick Zatarain's Concentrated Shrimp & Crab Boil added amazing flavor to my seafood boil! It made the whole meal taste like something straight from a restaurant — bold, spicy, and full of that classic southern kick. Super easy to use and really brought out the flavor in the seafood. Great for Gumbo!
I do not make Cajun food often, but this is great for all kinds of fish, crab, any seafood. I used it to make a gumbo and it was great. It was however, too spicy for my family. I suggest that you use very little and add it to taste. A little bit goes a long way!
