Our first time and it was YuM!!! You want apples for your pies, pancakes, french toast etc.? We used them on WMart Apple Fritters .. Break up the fritters into pieces in glass micro/safe dish pour apples over fritters - micro wave for 2 to 4 mins. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream .. maybe even cream cheese .. Delicious! ... These are Delicious! You will wonder why you ever used that thick, goopy, over sweetened apple pie filling .. A little pricey but .. Sooo GOOD!

Very Good if you know how to Use them
I buy these all the time. There's a good amount of apples in the can. I use them primarily for making apple crumb. I place them in a baking dish and place instant oats on top with a little brown sugar, place in oven for a few minutes until bubbly on bottom (I use a glass baking dish). So good hot or cold. The reason they are called 'Fried Apples' is because they are not canned Pie Apples per se. Canned pie apples have that thick gooey stuff. These fried apples differentiate so the consumer knows the difference. You can in fact easily fry these and I do just that some times. These are soft, sweet, with the hint of cinnamon spices.
